could you tell us how is the progress on UBCD 3.4?
Did you get already this 'FreeDOS patch'?
What does this patch?

Could you at least release the UBCD 3.4 Beta/Release Candidate for us to test?

You can make it work by just copying files and directories from ERD CD image to UBCD image, extract bootable image (2KB), write it somewhere (I suggest IMAGES directory), then add to the menus to boot this extracted bootable image, for example: if ($lastKey == key[f7]); then bcdw Boot /images/erd200...

I've get the beta version of INSERT 1.3.6 from Matthias at the end of november. It's working fine with UBCD 3.3. Matthias said that it's already done but he wants to keep it with 50MB limit before he will release it as final (the ISO is 51.46MB). I've tested it sometime (I've merged it in UBCD 3.3) ...

Victor, when can we expect the new version of UltimateBootCD? It's a lot of time since the last version was released. Most of the software needs to be updated to the new versions. (Too bad, that new Insert Linux haven't been released since few months, but the last version is newer than this in UBCD...

@Victor, I haven't noticed these booting errors when I used UBCD 3.3 - I used it in many machines. The booting should work on all machines but going back to old version isn't a good idea. What says CDShell author? From couple of months I use my modification of CDShell (I've used version from UBCD 3....
