UBCD-Tools can be made available for PXE boot, just follow this little tutorial (http://www.itstuff.ca/2007/09/pxe-aka-pre-execution-environment-part.html), where you setup a tftp-server using TFTPD32, a few files of syslinux. Just make sure to get the latest versions and don't care about the win98 ...
