Windows XP Looping Boot
My Windows Xp continues a looping boot to the black screen/white text restart page with the same result each slection of: Safe Mode; Networking; Command Prompt; Last known good configuration; Start Windows Normally... I have the UBCD in hand and not sure if this will help...
