After that i tried to Run HDDErase v4.0 and it itself has the option to UNLOCK the HDD.

Thanks a lot, the HDD is unlocked and the procedure I followed was to remove the HDD and boot using the UBCD v5 and then connect the HDD.
After that i tried to Run HDDErase v4.0 and it itself has the option to UNLOCK the HDD.

Unable to even boot using UBCD
I have the same problem where my laptop has been locked because of HDD ERASE 3.1, I downloaded UBCD 5 and tried to boot using cd, am unable to even boot using CD.. as soon as I turn the laptop on it asks for HDD password..any help would be greatly appreciated
