I just wanted to update my post, I finished getting 64 kb clustersize on my xp installation
So with other words that article is not so true :p

how to make / rename and change cluster size on boot ?
I tried some of the partition programs already but I get corrupted partitions and get errors when I want to boot from win xp pro cd and install : / Is there any specific order or method to make partitions ( if needed also to rename them ) and give them a cluster size of 64 kb + defrag ( I need to de...
