Same thing for me here, always get dumped to the command prompt

Hi,

Sorry if this is a really basic question but I'm having trouble running any of the anti-virus software on UBCD. I get asked a few questions then end up a dos prompt, I'm not sure what to do then. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
