DFT (Drive Fitness Test) 4.16 is included in the latest UBCD but not sure which version is on the UBCD ISO you downloaded (UBCD4?) but it should be there AFAIK. I would run DFT and try that before using anything else.

What hard drive do you have and what program did you use?

I let it run for a while but never connected to the seeds. uTorrent was showing 2 then 1 seed but never connected to either and was showing 7 then 11 peers but only connected to 1 who showed as having 1% for over an hour.

It can be difficult to help when the program/tool is not freeware. It would help to know what you tried to do, the steps you used to add it to UBCD such as files added along with location and any config file edits that you made. What exactly happens when you try to boot the PC-Check ISO?

At 317MB, that's a very large increase in the size of the disc. It wouldn't be a problem if using a DVD or USB drive but definitely would no longer fit on a CD.
