How do I repair Windows 7?

I got a "redirect virus" on my Windows 7 laptop which I tried to remove with Hitman but upon reboot I got the message No bootable device. So I searched for a boot product which brought me here. I followed the steps in the wiki tutorial to create a bootable USB. My USB looks like the one shown in the tutorial complete with all files. I used RMPrepUSB. I choose syslinux as the boot because using the MSDOS option gave me an Error 15 file not found. Choosing the syslinux option got the product to run. Now what? how do I repair Windows 7 so that it will boot properly?
