#1 Post by rgala » Sat Nov 09, 2013 7:40 am

I have a Toshiba satellite C-855-S5118 loaded with windows 8. I have tried to enter the Bios, F8, F12 etc. and all has failed.
Does anyone have and answers for this issue.?

Can you explain how these have failed? Need more info to help with diagnosis.

Do none of the buttons work even though they have been pressed? If this is the case, try an external keyboard to see if its just the laptops keyboard that's the problem. If the keyboard is the issue and the computer is under warranty, has 1 year according to: http://www.toshiba.com/us/computers/lap ... C855-S5118, then get the keyboard replaced.

Have you tried F2 or Esc keys?
