building errors - help help - S.O.S very frustrated

in the building of my ubcd it shows 4 errors in the actual list but states only 2 errors and 1 warning.. i am using an oem of windows xp sp2 thats the 1 warning it states could be trouble using an oem version, not sure if this matters.
my operating system is vista home edition.
here are the 4 errors actual errors in my build list.
