Cloning Single HDD from a Spanned Volume

Basically, I have a spanned volume (JBOD) made up of 3 HDDs. I need to clone one of the HDDs to a new drive (it's going bad, so I need to swap it out), while preserving the partition. Is this possible with the UBCD or at all? Any idea how to go about doing this?
