See "Please help test UBCD V5.0b1": viewtopic.php?t=1398

It contains Parted Magic (linux), which makes it easy to copy, move or delele files.
If you need ntfs support, i sugest that you use some small linux distro (Puppy linux, Parted magic, Damn Small Linux).

If you need only fat32 support, you just have to run a program on ubcd that uses the freedos boot image (e.g. run testdisk). At the end of the booting of the freedos boot image, you can browse the files (dialog) or type vc at the command prompt.
With vc you can copy, move and delete files.
