UBCD Boots into Caldera DR-DOS

Hate to be an idiot but I obviously am.... I downloaded the UBDC exe file and did not get an iso file. Looks like I have all the individual files/folders. So, selected create boot disc in nero 6 and the disc it made boots into Caldera DR-DOS. Tried downloading from a couple sites, still no ISO. This big dummy needs some help please? sorry...

When you double-click on the EXE file, it should extract to a single ISO
file. If it doesn't, check the MD5 to see if anyone has tampled with the
EXE file.

I knew it would be something stupid. My system listed the file as .rar so I was trying to extract it further. Burned the ".rar" file and UBCD works just fine...I also changed the associations in winrar to not include .iso....Thanks.
