Please with USB drive

#1 Post by eire1130 » Mon Feb 15, 2010 7:37 am

Hello All:

I've downloaded the ISO and extracted it to my harddrive. I've looked around, and I can't figure out how to make this bootable on a USB drive.

Can someone give me step by step directions for that?

I see there are directions for linux users, but I'm using windows. My other computer is having major issues. I'm hoping I can at least run memtest 86 to test to see if it is the ram causing the problem.

This computer can't burn CDs, but I can't make a bootable USB. I've done this for other programs, so I was hoping to do the same here.

One way to do so is just use Smart Bootloader. Allows you to choose your boot sources.
