bootable usb auto starts a sequence of diagnostics and scans

Based on previous discussions I have been able to put together several bootable customized UBUSBs. I am currently trying to put together a bootable usb that will automatically start a sequence of diagnostics (memtestp and dft) and a couple of virus scanning programs (mcafee and any others that would be suggested) and then write the resulting logs back on to the usb. I need the scans to work on all files and folers on NTFS systems (WIN XP). Does anyone have any ideas?
