cannot load UBCD using an emachines T5026 computer

This is very curious for me, I tested the UBCD on my winbook laptop and it boots and loads well. ON the other hand when I inserted the CD in an emachines T5026 desktop computer (Intel pentium 4) the CD does not boot up I see a black screen with some numbers and below them I see DHCP....
after that the computer reverts back to booting up from the hard drive.
