DBaN will wipe the drive but you'll have to use another program to partition and format it. You can partition and format using Parted Magic or the OS boot CD that you are going to load (ie. Windows XP, Vista, Linux, etc.).

If you have further questions I suggest a bit more detail such as the OS your going to load and anything else that may be useful.

So, Ultimate Boot CD cannot perform Format harddisk task.
I'm investigating Parted Magic.
Thanks for you confirmation.

Parted Magic is included in UBCD and can be found in the first menu screen. Other tools that may help depending on the hard drive manufacturer can be found under HDD -> Installation and/or partition tools

Thanks for telling me this. I thought parted magic is to be used separately.
So there, the Parted Magic is included in Ultimate Boot CD.

TQ.

If you want Parted Magic, you need UBCD50(b12), not UBCD411.
Download Ultimate Boot CD v5.0: http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/download.html
Use Parted Magic for handling all partitioning task: http://partedmagic.com/
