windows memory diagnostic problem

hello
on UBCD there is a windiag.igz for microsoft windows memory diagnostic utility for testing the system RAM, inside windiag.igz there is windiag.img,
inside windiag.img there is windiag. < without any extention
how do i turn windiag. into windiag.exe?
this is very important to me
i need to make it work
