Hi Everyone,

I'm still really new here but, found a place that has lots of small apps. that are supposed to work from a flash drive. Some might could be integrated into the UBCD or added in to make a custom one. Just trying to contribute something and pass it along.

Another one:
http://portableapps.com/

All those portable apps (also that on http://www.pendriveapps.com/) are meant to be run from within windows without installing them. They can't be started without windows, so you can't compare them with the apps that are include in UBCD.

Hi,
Do these apps still exist because the link you shared is not working? Maybe the link has been corrupted. Can you please share or update this link so can know more about these apps.
Thanks in advance.

The urls/links still work for me. I also keep up to date on many of these apps via https://www.portablefreeware.com

But, as Icecube stated, these are meant to be run from within windows.

Some Windows live CDs/DVDs have some of these PortableApps already included. See this link for more information --> https://www.ultimatebootcd.com/forums/v ... 19&t=15724

Firstly, will you tell me why do you need Link for Pendrive Apps? IDK why someone needs that because what you do with a pen drive or flash drive? You simply transfer files, use them as OTG or boot windows to it. RIght?
Well, there are no apps required for transferring files but if you want to boot Pendrive windows, then I suggest you should download Rufus. It's an open-source and really an easy-to-use app to boot a Pendrive.

first of all hi I am newbie here, and nice to meet you all

second EthanWinters your confusion is absolutely right about why they need to use apps or need link for Pendrive apps to just use as flash drive.

But I think you didn't read the whole post correctly because the post author are asking how to integrate an small Pendrive apps with UBCD and which is why he try to figure out about Pendrives.

Hey all,

Thanks for sharing this gem, especially for us newcomers! I checked out the link, and there's a treasure trove of small apps that can run straight from a flash drive. The possibilities for customizing a UBCD or creating a personalized toolkit seem endless.

It's awesome to see the community contributing and passing along such valuable resources. I'm definitely going to explore some of these apps and see how they can enhance my toolkit. If anyone has specific recommendations from the list, feel free to drop them here. Excited to be part of this community and learn from all of you!YoWhatsApp

Cheers!
