what to select to fix bootmgr is missing, ctl+alt+del

have windows 7 home premium 64 bit on acer aspire laptop. get the above error message when computer is turned on. have successfully burned ubcd v 5.3.3 to disk. successfully can see all files on the disk when i use it boot the broken laptop. please advise what caterogy/subcatergory steps to take.
