can not run ubcd at all for any test

I can not get ubcd to run for the life of me. No matter what test i choose i get the following error:
[2.660612] the force parameter has not been set to 1. The iris poweroff handler will not be installed.
I am test a socket 939 cpu amd
4 gb ram
Memtest86 tested for 8 hours no errors.
I am really confused. Thanks
