want UB cd info

Just wanted to know how current the latest version of ub cd is? Looking for something to diagnosis problems in windows (xp, vista, 7). I want to be able to test hardware and software (viruses, rootkits, etc). Any thing that will stop windows from working properly. I want this to be bootable either from a cd, dvd, or hard drive. The hard drive part would be nice, because that is faster than the other two options. What about updates? Especially when it comes to viruses. Thanks in advance for you help!
