Help with re-installing windows xp

Hi all. I have bought an ultimate boot cd to re-install windows xp on my dell laptop. The disc came without instructions, can anyone help with how to re-install from the disc.

UBCD (ultimate boot cd) is free. If you have paid money for it, then return it and get your money back. We cannot help you with software we are not familiar with.

To reinstall XP on a dell, you may request a xp cd from dell by calling their customer service. You may be able to get one for free.
