I am currently trying to integrate Paragon Hard Disk Manager in UBCD, but didn't succeed up to now.
PHM comes as a rescue cd (downloadable .iso file). It consists of a Linux and a DOS part, you can choose which one to boot.
This is a list of the files which can be found at the CD root (including file sizes):
18.772 BM.BIN
1.024 BM_HIDE
2.048 BM_MBR
1.024 BM_STAT
2.048 BOOT.CATALOG
1.097.115 BZIMAGE
122.220 CD_PLG.EXE
16 DOS.GER
1.474.560 DOS.IMG
23.578.666 INITRD.GZ
70 LILO.GER
51 LILO.SAF
23.496 MEMDISK
This leads me to the assumption that PHM uses LILO to boot the CD. I was succesful to boot the Linux part of the CD with
isolinux /images/phm/BZIMAGE initrd=/images/phm/initrd.gz splash=silent quiet root=/dev/ram0 eng_ver vga=0x314
The DOS part won't boot, the DOS.IMG, which looks like a floppy image, is only part of the software.
If possible in any way, I would like to boot the whole rescue CD from UBCD, not stepping in somewhere after its bootmanager. Any idea how to do this?
Thanks in advance!
Lennart
