HFS (Mac) Drive Problem

Hi, All. I've used Partition Editor and PhotoRec to recover files and file systems on my NTFS Windows drive that I started wiping before my sis said she needed some files off of it first. All I've got to copy the files to are my HFS+ (Apple Formatted) external drives. PartedMagic can't seem to write to the HFS+ drives, either in its GUI (KDE?), or through PhotoRec or Partition Editor. I'm guessing it's a permissions problem or something? Do I need to try and repair permissions on the disk, or do I need to do some sudo-linuxy-something in Parted Magic?

You should ask in the partedmagic own forum (and using the latest partedmagic version).
