Format HardDisk

Im not sure how to format the harddisk, partition C, when i boot using the UBCD 32. Which tool should i use.

Typically, "formatting" the HDD refers to installing some kind of OS on
it, such as Windows or Linux. In that case, you probably shouldn't be
using the UBCD, but the OS installer.

If however, you are trying to wipe the HDD (so that data cannot be
recovered when you dispose of it), you can try AutoClave or DBAN
(Darik's Nuke and Boot). Definitely try DBAN first, since it is newer.
There are also a couple of other similar apps under the "Hard Disk
Wiping" section.
