Keyboard not functioning with UBCD

#1 Post by avb19 » Sun Feb 04, 2007 7:38 am

I have an HP Pavilion notebook (dv6132eu) on which I have burnt a UBCD cd.

The notebook boots-up OK, showing the menu page, inviting me to press function keys.
However, the keyboard is inactive and no keystrokes are registered.

By the way: same experience with Freedos CD.

There is vertually no possibility to set anything for the keyboard in the BIOS (or for anything else).

You've got an USB keyboard, huh ? ^^

If you mean an extra external keyboard, the answer is no.
It's the regular notebook keyboard.
