Well you also need ubcd401.xdelta ... : http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/download/ubcd401.xdelta

Then follow the instructions at the bottom of the download page ( http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/download.html ).

Or you may download an already patched ISO on eDonkey / eMule (see this thread : viewtopic.php?t=885 ).
