What should I see on my Ultimate Boot CD?

#1 Post by grizzlywolf » Wed Sep 26, 2007 5:26 pm

I downloaded a zip file of Ultimate Boot CD and extracted it to an ISO. I burned the image to a CD using Active@ ISO Burner. But I see no files or folders under windows explorer.

I understand I have to use the utilities from a command line. At the command prompt, when I try to switch to my CD/DVD drive, I'm not allowed to do so, as if the drive did not exist.

When I examine the disk properties of my new CD under Roxio CD Creator Classic, I see that the CD has about 13 MB of content.

What should I see on the CD in windows explorer? Do I have to boot to the Ultimate Boot CD to view its contents? Have I simply created a coaster, and if so, can some kind and talented soul suggest what I can do differently?

You should see something like that :

Hammerite Compendium of Precepts, Regimens and Rules of Conduct, Vol. 113 :
A stroke of thy chisel, once made, canst be undone, but a stroke thou dost not make from fear is a worse flaw.
Be not cautious - be correct.
