Went throught tool list couldnt find one for disk defragment

Have i just missed a tool which defragmentates or is there a reason one isnt included?

I guess nobody has found or suggested a defragmenter yet.

Anyway, a defrgmenter is best run in the OS when everything is working normally.
UBCD is more for the purpose of troubleshooting, and defragmenting when the
system is not working doesn't sound like the most logical thing to do.

I agree that the running of a disk defragmentor on a system that isnt functioning correctly is illogical however inorder to do a proper disk defrag the disk must be completely avaliable for use which isnt the case when an OS is running off the disk.

Not really true, the disk defragmentor I know runs while the system is online,
both on Win9x/Me and Win2K/XP eg. Defrag and DiskKeeper.
