Help!! How to boot iso or win pe in ubcd v4???

I just downloaded a trial of paragon total defrag 2007, it says it has the ability to defrag from cd/dvd. So I was thinking this would be a great addition to my ubcd compilation I just made. The only problem is I don't know where to start. When I open up the iso it created there is:
inside the i386 folder there is:
I was able to use diskemu I beleive on previous versions to startup a boot image (boot record) I extracted using winiso from erd commander and dumped the rest of the files into ubcd dir but I don't know the commands here, or is there a way I can start it directly?
