After USB stick boot -stick is unusable

ive used this usb batch to make the stick bootable. after that, my stick isnt usable in windows. explorer shows it but i cant use it...
any idea?

Maybe it got damaged when removing the stick ? :/
Did you shutdown computer before physically disconnecting it ?
