Difference between 3.4 and 4.1.1

What`s the difference between 3.4 and 4.1.1? 3.4 is a bit bigger. Will 4.1.1 work in UBCD4Win? I like UBCD it has helped me a lot on several occasions!
Some have already posted how to get UBCD 4.1.1 working with UBCD4Win on their forum, just stop by and do a search for UBCD.
