Ultimate Boot CD

Hello,

does anybody know how to integrate g4u Version 2.3
into UBCD 4.1.1?

I extractet the kernel as it is described at:
http://www.feyrer.de/g4u/#kernel
and have now the two files "boot" and "netbsd".
But I can't find a sulution to merge/put these files in a img file
and boot this image with UBCD...

How made they the g4u.igz (img) file with g4u Version 1.1.7?

As far as I can tell, it can't be done. See comment on UBCD homepage about g4u:

Unable to integrate latest version of g4u (does not like mkisofs -N flag, which is required for integrating Windows CD). If anyone knows of a workaround, please email me.
