I noticed these are two different programs, any significance in their differences? Is UBCDWin dedicated for windows as it suggest, and UBCD for all plartforms

UBCD is a DOS based boot CD.

UBCD4Win is a Windows (PE - Pre-installed Environment) based boot CD.

UBCD is an ISO file that can be directly burned to a CD and UBCD4Win has to be built using your XP source files.

The programs included with UBCD4Win are windows based programs whereas the UBCD project use DOS based versions of software.
