Ultimate Boot CD

Hi,
Tried to make a ultimate boot usb stick by using ubcd2usb under xp sp2 but received a error on makebootfat.exe although the files exists.
Anyidea to solve the problem?

looks like antivirus protection...
try disabling it for 5 minutes
