Ultimate Boot CD

We have 1 dell optiplex gx620. Well someone is very smart to lock window xp on 1 account plus we want make new account but can't do that without reformat window xp pro due special program.

Would it work with window xp pro in dos? We want delete all odd junk stuff then scan for adware or spywares.
