UBCD USB Error in Kernel before start.

In my bios setup have.
USB - HDD
USB - CDROM
When i choice any with my usb pluged tell me.
Syslinux 3.36 2007-02-10 CBIOS ....
Could not find Kernel Image: Linux
Boot:
what i do wrong?
I do usb boot from ubcd2usb.bat and like perfect. But when i use do this error.
Somebody can help?
