Hi

The DOS scan takes a matter of seconds & scans 282 files, has it scanned my hard disk surely there are more files than that? Then again I am used to virus scanning within Windows.

Ahhh "dawns" DOS antivirus only scans the boot sectors of HDD so that is why it so quick + the MBR & memory.

If you want a great tool that will do virus scans of the whole windows directory I recommend the Ultimate Boot Disk For Windows. www.ubcd4win.com

A mighty fine program, you can even integrate the original Ultimate Boot CD into it.
