Created UBCD to fix 2000 Pro, won't run, says insert disc?

Downloaded UB from Major Geeks, extracted using 7Zip burned using Active@ISO Burner. Got a single folder as site says I should, dropped it in tray , it spins up then stops. Tried to run through Task Mgr and I get "Insert disk in drive" msg. What to do , learning as I go (obviously) but have hit a wall! Can anyone help the newbie?? THX in advance... mg [/b]
