Ultimate Boot CD

Hi -

I'm trying to fix a laptop with a STOP: C0000269 user32.dll error. Basically the laptop boots but comes up with a blue screen stop error and then continually tries to reboot itself. I've tried starting in safe mode and last known good config but this doesn't work. I can't find any registry fix utilities on the ultimate cd - can anyone advise the best way to fix this problem?

If that doesn't get you anywhere you can try using the recovery console and run chkdsk c: /r to see if that helps at all..
