Ultimate Boot CD

Help!
Having had problems booting into xp pro (keep getting lasse.exe-system error message) created ubcd in order to try and boot my laptop running XP pro, i get a request for a password when Booting from CD prompt. I did not create a password when creating the ubcd disk, so can't boot from the cd. I don't know the administrator password and have tried all user passwords but to no avail including hitting return, entering administrator etc.

Would appreciate any suggestions.

it might be a bios password. could be a default password, what type of laptop is it? On some PCs you can blank the bios password by removing the cmos battery. I've never seen a password prompt using the cd.
