Error message while using ubcd2usb.bat

When trying to use ubcd2usb.bat to put UBCD on my Corsair 4gb flash drive, I receive the following error message:
"Boot was unexpected at this time."
Does anyone have any idea what this means? I know that Linux uses a "boot" flag, but the message appears whether the usb drive is flagged or not.
Here is the exact command:
ubcd2usb "C:\Users\Spencer\Desktop\Ultimate Boot CD\" H:
I have tried the same command (with different directories of course) on two different machines and receive the same error, which leads me to believe that it is a problem with the usb drive. Does the file system need to be something specific, like EXT2/3 or FAT32?
Thanks in advanace for any help!
