Ultimate Boot CD

Hi im trying to use ubcd as im convinced one of my components is failing and this seemed like the best option to check which as i cant boot into any os, when i tried to boot into the this the menu flashes for a second then my pc restarts does this just mean that something is definitely broken in my system?

Give us a bit more. What is the manufacturer/model. BIOS or UEFI? Could be so many things like overheating, Ram, etc. Try disconnecting all drives and re-seating RAM and see if it will boot to the BIOS. Can you get into the setup/BIOS/UEFI screen?
