Ultimate Boot CD

Sounds like another Boot option was added. Try running msconfig and check the Boot tab. If you have 2 entries that points to that being the issue.

With Windows 7 you will probably have to use bcdedit instead. Open an elevated command prompt and type bcdedit --> In the lower section see what it shows.
