How to run ultimate boot cd on Switchvox

Hello Im new, while working offline at home due to the COVID-19 epidemic, my computer encountered a small problem, and it can not run ultimate boot cd on Switchvox to test hard drives and memory ? I have no knowledge and experience in technology and computer repair, so can someone help me with this? Thank you!
