You forgot to update the UBCD version in ubcd.ini.
Change:

[Version]
 Signature = $Ubcd$
 Version = 5.0b5

To:

[Version]
 Signature = $Ubcd$
 Version = 5.0b7

Maybe you can make a text file (if you don't have it allready) that lists all those small things that you need to change for the next release

Actually I have one. But sometimes I tend to gloss over it because it hasn't changed for awhile.
