has anybody been able to get a bsd livecd working with ubcd?

I've been trying to create a multiboot with erd commander, dsl and bsdlive... but I haven't been able to get the bsd live cd working.
I've extracted the bootable sector on the iso and edited it in hex to make the path of the loader program to /BSD/boot/.. instead of default /boot/..x, and extracted everything from bsdlive to /BSD/. I can get the loader program to start but when it tries to find the kernel I get cannot find kernel msg press ? or help. I've tried to change the kernel= option in loader.conf or boot/default/loader.conf but still same msg. I tried to get more information from bsdforum and their websites but got nothing..
What am I don't wrong?
Has anybody tried this and got it to work?
Or is anybody familiar with BSD enough to tell me why it's not working?

Which BSD Live Disc do you want to integrate? I'm working on this, too.

FreeSBIE

I'm looking to intergrate FreeSBIE h**p://www.freesbie.org/ because freebsd is the only flavor I've tried.
How about you? how far have you gotten in your ubcd/bsd cd?

I use RoFreesbie because it is more current than Freesbie (there are very very very ... similar). At the moment I still haven't try to integrate it, but I do this in february.
I tell you my experience when I've tried it.

I was able to get it working with frenzy, McStarfighter.
fortunately the files in frenzy and ubcd (+/- a few added/deleted by myself) did not conflict at all or make the filestructure way too confusing.
unfortunately not the way I intended but noneless working fine.. I just had to extract the frenzy live cd into root of ubcd.
