Hello,
on the Kanotix website if have found that here is a tools to generate
binary patch files for ISO's. This could save a lot of bandwith if the
difference between versions is small and one has already the last
version. This would also allow to make a version 3.41 patch that has
the bugfixes and the user would not be required to follow the customization
instructions.
