Hello,

I just downloaded UBCD and burn it to CD! I tried to check my Local drives C and D for viruses, but none of included programs did it! Why cannot they find my drives? They are scanning just some drives A,Q,T - what is that?
When they are starting it shows many options just for a couple seconds and also nftsdos, which I always allowed, because I have NTFS! Does anybody know what to do? I really need to check drives before windows will boot!

Thanks for any help.

Try skipping the NTFS step during FreeDOS boot, then type NTFSDOS at the command prompt. See if your NTFS partitions actually get mounted.

I did exactly what u said and it really worked- I saw my drives!
But none of antivir programs could check them! they started scan and stoped after a couple seconds! Stopped means computer freezed and I needed to restart it and in one case even turn off!
It didn't write any error msg, just freezed!

Don't you know, where is the problem?
